Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return/replacement in such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5-7 business days after the approval of your request.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is marked as "Packed" or "Shipped". Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team.
